At Aventon, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery in their original, unassembled packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label provided by our support team via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Aventon gear in its original box, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality and completeness, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
